5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including team leadership and performance ownership. Proven experience leading multi-channel demand generation and paid acquisition. Strong understanding of lead quality, MQL → SQL conversion, and revenue attribution. Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data and ROI. Comfortable owning outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs. Proven experience managing and optimizing $20,000+ monthly paid media budgets with a focus on ROI and lead quality. English proficiency B2 or higher.
